The company is subject of a
landmark court ruling which it
cites as a milestone in its
history: Veitchi laid the
flooring in a factory to be used
by Junior Books, but the latter
successfully claimed Veitch’s
negligence had led to a faulty
installation and that the
contractor was liable for the
damage caused by cracking
in the floor.
