Flotex flocked
flooring
The art of flocking has its beginnings in China, 1000 BC and has since developed
into the popular and versatile flooring solution we know today. Here, Karen
Wilding, marketing communications manager from Forbo Flooring Systems,
discusses the history of the iconic floor covering, Flotex.
Flocking is the process in which many small fibres, called flock, sandpaper and other products such as, glove compartments in
