‘These shifts have forced us to move with the industry and enhance our
product and service offering. New product development, such as Level IT
Smooth, has given our customers the freedom to easily install LVT floors with
no problem at all.
‘It is really exciting to work for a company like Instarmac. We are always
pushing ourselves further and further to provide our customers with products
they need to meet the ever-changing needs of the industry.’
Vicki Stiles, UltraFloor brand manager, shared her thoughts on Instarmac’s
flooring history. She commented: ‘As Alan said earlier, the flooring industry
has seen tremendous changes over the last 10 years or so. Fashions are
different and new trends emerged – the most recent being the demand for
indoor/outdoor living areas.
‘The demands on flooring products are ever changing, but that is one thing I
love about working in this industry. The ever-changing requirements keep us
on our toes and push us to develop and enhance our products to be the best
they can be.
‘In my seven years at UltraFloor we have challenged the market and
launched a number of game-changing floor levellers. We enhanced the
performance of Level IT Renovate so it is now suitable for external use. This
will enable contractors to fulfil homeowners’ wish for a seamless indoor
outdoor living area.
‘Sham mentioned earlier that we were the first to bring a rapid leveller to
market and our rapid-setting products didn’t stop there. Level IT Pro30 has a
30 minute set time even on the most stubborn of subfloors. We had fantastic
feedback on this product and we know from our customers that Level IT
Pro30 is a complete game changer.
‘Our customers love UltraFloor but one thing that was missing from our
range was an environmentally friendly smoothing compound. We listened to
the industry and earlier this year we launched Level IT Hydra Bond.
‘If our flooring journey tells you anything, it’s that we don’t stand still. I am
so proud of our history but I am even more excited to see what the future
holds for UltraFloor and the flooring industry as a whole.’
